Don't have email?  Netscape & Yahoo offer free accounts.  Go to www.netscape.net or www.yahoo.com and press MAIL.  The instructions will guide you from there.  Keep your password secret, and make it different from your user name.

  • To use this account: 
Go to www.netscape.net.  Press MAIL (upper left corner).
  • To sign-in:  Go to www.netscape.net and press MAIL (upper left corner).   Type-in as follows:
Next to User Name type     bcnhshelp                                
Next to Password type     college      
Press     Sign-in
  • To send me an email:  Sign-in.  Press Compose. 
    • Next to TO type bcnhsonline@netscape.net
    Next to SUBJECT line type PLEASE HELP & your name
    In MESSAGE BOX type your question.
    Press SEND
  • To read my answer:  Sign-in.  Press CHECK MAIL or INBOX.  Press the subject line with your name in it.  My reponse will open.

How do I attach a document to an email?
  • In your email, press Compose. 
  • Look for the word ATTACH and press it.  A window will open for you to find your Assignment on your computer.
  • Press BROWSE.  Press ATTACH.   Press DONE.
  • Go back the message you are composing.  Send it.


DOWNLOADING

How do I download a document?
  • Press the link to download it into Microsoft Word.
  • Find & open the document. 
  • Save it immediately.  Remember where you saved it.
How do I write my answers after I download an Assignment? 
  • You can type right onto the Word document.
  • Save it.  Keep saving your work by pressing SAVE every 10 minutes
