IMMUNIZATION RECORDS
Colleges require you to prove that you have taken particular shots before allowing you to register for classes.
  1. During the school year, you may request a copy of your immunization record in The College and Career Prep Center in Rm. 454.
  2. Over the summer, you may request a copy of your immunization record by calling BCNHS at 718.434.5043.
  3. Alternatively, you may request your immunization records from your doctor.
